Selects the amount of time that the radio waits to transmit data while in Scan Mode. When the timer expires, the data is discarded. This selection applies for the current Scan List. Time is in seconds.
When the Scan Type field is set to "Conventional", and
when the Designated Data Rx / Tx Type field is not set to "None", and
when the radio is model / option dependent.
